Important Update Regarding Battlefield Memberships!
Battlefields memberships have always been a great way for our Firestorm Games regulars to secure access to our world-beating gaming space at great value prices.
Soon, the way that Battlefields memberships are managed will be changing.
When we know more about when the changes will be implemented we will let you know, for now here's what the upcoming changes will mean for you.
Where to Buy Your Memberships
You'll be able to purchase your quarterly or yearly Battlefields memberships directly from the Battlefields website at thebattlefields.co.uk - no more detours to the Firestorm Games online store. Of course, you'll still be able to grab your membership at the till when you visit us in-store too.
Easy Renewals
Great news for our loyal members! We're introducing a renewal function. This means if you have a quarterly or yearly membership, you can renew it before it expires and keep your existing 4-digit PIN code. No need to memorize a new number every time. Simple and hassle-free!
Daily Memberships: Unique PIN Codes
For our day-trippers, every daily membership now comes with a unique 4-digit PIN code. This code is one-time use only, changes with each purchase, and will be sent to you in your confirmation email. Need it again or lost the email? Just ask our friendly event staff at the venue.
Logging In
Logging in remains as straightforward as ever. Whatever kind of membership you have, just use your trusty 4-digit PIN code at the venue!
Membership Validation
When purchasing tickets for events at thebattlefields.co.uk, if you claim to have a current quarterly or yearly membership, our new system will check.
You'll now need to enter your PIN and the email we have on file for you. If our records don't show a valid membership, the system won't let you proceed with the "I have a valid current membership" ticket option. Make sure your info is up to date!
