The Battlepass

A valid Quarterly or Yearly Battlepass can only be used on specific types of ticket for The Battlefields and only for tickets purchased online. They cannot be used for tickets purchased at the venue. It allows the booking of casual wargame tickets during the period of the membership online and a discount on certain other tickets as per the stated ticket price.

When you purchase a ticket using a Battlepass, you will be issued a unique four digit PIN code. This code should be used to sign in and out using the QR code displayed at the venue.

Tickets purchased with a Battlepass will use the specific PIN allocated to that membership. This PIN does not change provided that the membership is renewed before its end date.

Tickets purchased without a Battlepass are issued a random PIN which will be different for each ticket purchased.

Renewing your Membership before it expires enables you to retain your PIN. A renewal can only be made before your current Membership comes to an end and will start the day after your current membership expires so you have continuation of your Membership without losing any days.

The Battlepass

If you do not book your ticket online before arrival at the venue please note you may be denied access if we have no available space. Any tickets purchased at the venue are at the full ticket price.

The online discount is only available for tickets purchased in advance and online.

Please note a Quarterly or Yearly Battlepass is non refundable as are any tickets purchased using a Battlepass.

If you have purchased a Quarterly or Yearly Battlepass and your name or email details change during the period of the membership please contact Sales@firestormgames.co.uk with the new details.
