Streaming on Twitch, Facebook and YouTube,  Photography in the Venue
Visitors to a Firestorm Games Venue should be aware that any game being played, and their image, may be subject to being photographed, videoed and/or streamed live and may be made available to the public via Twitch, Facebook, YouTube or any other relevant social media platform.

This content may be displayed on Facebook, Twitter or other relevant platform, streamed live on the internet and/or on screens within the venue, may be subject to comments or a commentary and may include audio recording. Any subsequent video content may be freely edited by us and made available on our website at any future date in perpetuity.

Any person who does not wish to be videoed and/or streamed should inform the person running their event and/or a member of staff as soon as possible and every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that their image is not taken and used. If required we have lanyards you can ask to use stating your image should not be taken or used.

Storing and collecting your information
We will collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary in order that a visit to our Website meets your expectations and to ensure that you can purchase items and we can run any event successfully. We will never release your personal information to any external organisation for mailing or marketing purposes.

To run an event successfully We will need to use some of your personal information. This may include, but is not limited to, creating round pairings, event standings and result tables. This information may be published as printed paper, on screen in the venue, on-line via an event specific web site or on social media. Any person who does not wish this information to be published in anyway should inform both the person running their event and Us as soon as possible and We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that use of their information is minimised as much as possible within the constraints of what is required to organise and run the event.

The event you have purchased a ticket for may be run by Our member of staff or a third party person or persons not associated with Us acting as the relevant Tournament Organiser. 

We require all Tournament Organisers to implicitly agree to treat your personal information as confidential and to comply with all current Data Protection, GDPR and consumer legislation if they run any event in a Firestorm Games Venue but are not directly responsible for the actions of any external Tournament Organiser.

Your purchase of a ticket for an event implies your explicit consent for your data being used to run the event successfully and you agree that We or the designated Tournament Organiser can contact you for any relevant purpose either by phone, e-mail or in writing and that we may share your name, e-mail, any other relevant contact details and Player ID information with the relevant Tournament Organiser to facilitate your participation in any event.

Using your Information to inform you about a future Event

Your data from an event may also be used to contact you about future similar events We host. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way you will have the ability to opt out of any future communication.

When you place an order on our Website we store your information in our database on a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
